Our Board of Directors

Arlene is a probate and elder law attorney who began her law career in civil litigation in 1995. In 2009, she joined the law firm of Glatstein & O’Brien, LLP, where she focuses her practice on contested and uncontested guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, probate administration and litigation, estate planning, and special needs planning. Arlene is active with the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, having recently served as Chair of the Section. In addition, she has served as liaison to the Statutory Revisions Committee and Co-Chair of the Elder Law Retreat. Arlene is past president of Women’s Estate Planning Council and serves as a volunteer for the Law Line of the National Alliance of Mental Illness. She is a member of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Catholic Lawyers Guild. She frequently volunteers at the Denver Probate Court Pro Se Court and coordinates the Jefferson County District Court pro se probate clinic. Arlene authors a chapter in the CBA/CLE handbook and regularly teaches legal seminars. She also volunteers at senior law days across the metro area and numerous other community events. Arlene received her B.A. degree from Texas A&M University and law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Frank Baysore is a retired partner in Baysore & Christian Fiduciary Services, LLC. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in business administration. In addition to his role as a board member of CFPD, Frank also volunteers his time at Mile High Behavioral Health, where he assists in their foodbank, street outreach program and after school program for children from low income families. He and his wife Mary Jean have two adult daughters and four grandchildren. They live in Aurora.

Stephanie is a third-generation Coloradan who has been an associate with the firm Hurth, Yeager, Sisk & Blakemore since 2002. She received her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1998, was an articles editor with the Land and Water Law Review and a member of the Order of the Barristers. She clerked for the Hon. Richard V. Thomas of the Wyoming Supreme Court and the Hon. Frank Dubofsky of Colorado's Twentieth Judicial District. She has training in trial advocacy and depositions from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. In addition, she is licensed to practice law in the Colorado State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

A partner in the law firm of Olsen & Traeger, LLP, Kent specializes in estate planning; administration and litigation; guardianships; conservatorships; advance medical directives; individuals with disabilities; and elder law. A member of the Trust and Estate Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, he is past chair of the section as well as the Rules and Forms Committee. Previously a column editor for the Colorado Lawyer, he co-chaired the Protective Proceedings Act subcommittee and now serves on the Statutory Revisions Committee. He was a referee of the Denver Probate Court for six years and an appointed member of the Governor's Commission on Life and the Law. His name appears in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and the Colorado Super Lawyers 2006 to 2010. He is currently the president of the Advocacy Denver and a director on the Arc Colorado board.

Lynn Mason is a student services administrator and currently works as interim director of the Learning Resource Center in the Division of Student Affairs at the University of Colorado Denver. At the CU -Anschutz Medical Campus he has served as associate and acting dean in the Graduate School and has done research and teaching in medical anthropology, gerontology, public health, and biomedical ethics. He has served as a board member, officer, staff member and volunteer advocate in several aging services organizations, including the Legal Center for People with Disabilities and Older People, the Denver Community Bioethics Committee, Seniors’ Resource Center, the Colorado Nursing Home Ombudsman Program, Denver Indian Health and Family Services, and the Guardianship Alliance of Colorado. He earned a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and a Ph.D. from UCLA.

Mark, a Chartered Financial Analyst, advises family offices on investment strategies. Earlier in his career, he was a portfolio
manager for several different mutual funds and the Chief Investment Officer for Invesco Mutual Funds. He is the parent of an
adult child with Prader-Willi syndrome and served for a number of years on the board of the Foundation for Prader-Willi
Research and is currently a board member of the Colorado Prader-Willi syndrome Association. He is also an active volunteer
with the CFA society Colorado. Mark received a BS in Finance and Economics from Marquette University

Chris Stehno is a Managing Director at Deloitte where he works in the state and federal practice. He worked supporting traditional healthcare actuary functions for a number of years. However, he now focuses his time leading a group of data scientists exploring social determinants of health and their impact on mortality and morbidity, especially in the low income and ethnic communities. He consults to federal and state healthcare related entities and to national health plans and insurance companies. He and his wife have three children, one of which is an adult child with special needs. Chris received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his masters from Notre Dame University.

Chris Brock is Managing Attorney of CCDC Probate Power, the Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition’s social enterprise legal program. His practice focuses on the areas of estate planning, special needs planning, probate, Medicaid, guardianships and conservatorships He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, where he is active with the Elder Law and Trust and Estate Sections of the CBA. Chris is also a member of the JFK Partners Advisory Council and the Colorado Wheelchair Lacrosse Foundation. Chris received his B.A. degree from Miami University and law degree from the University of Colorado Law School. A paraplegic since college, Chris understands firsthand the issues that come with living with a disability and now devotes his legal practice to ensuring families and individuals with disabilities carefully plan for the future.

Eric is an attorney at Frazer-Abel Law, a trust and estate and elder law firm in Denver. Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked as an assistant attorney general in the State Services section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office and later clerked for the Honorable Lily W. Oeffler, the probate judge in Jefferson County. Eric specializes in the areas of Trust and Estate Litigation, Settlement and Special Needs Planning, Estate Planning, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Medicaid appeals, Determinations of Heirship for Oil and Mineral Interests, and fiduciary representation. Eric is a member of the Trust and Estate and Elder Law Sections of the Colorado Bar Association and the Co-Chair of the Medicaid Subcommittee of the Elder Law Section. In 2020, Eric was selected as a Rising Star in the area of Probate Litigation by Colorado Super Lawyers.

Jane is a Managing Director with Deloitte & Touche, LLP and has more than 25 years’ experience in public accounting, academia and industry. She began her career in auditing and then, after graduate school, went onto the faculty of Boston University’s School of Management (focusing on financial accounting, auditing and international accounting standards). Jane then went to work for the Department of Energy’s Los Alamos National Laboratory helping to implement an internal controls program as well as working with the general ledger/financial reporting team while implementing Oracle ERP. Since returning to Deloitte 14 years ago, Jane has worked with organizations implementing revenue recognition solutions due to ASC 606/IFRS 15 adoption, supported organizations with the adoption of ASC842/IFRS16 around leases and has partnered with organizations adopting flexible consumption models. In addition she supports accounting functions during integrations, acquisitions and divestures. She currently serves as the lead business partner for a large Technology client. In her spare time, Jane is a foodie who loves to travel and spend as much time outdoors with her husband, children and dog Lucy.
